REGOLAMENTI
La Legge Regionale che ha riformato l'edilizia residenziale pubblica (L. 8 agosto 2001 n. 24 e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni) ha delegato ai Comuni l'adozione di Regolamenti che specificano le modalità di accesso agli alloggi popolari e le norme di gestione degli stessi. I Regolamenti sono stati adottati dai singoli Comuni e rispondono a criteri di omogeneità per evitare disparità di trattamento tra i cittadini. Solo il Regolamento per l'assegnazione si differenzia, in particolare per ciò che riguarda il punteggio attribuito alle singole condizioni (TABELLA B) al fine di cogliere specifiche esigenze territoriali. Nella presente sezione è disponibile la versione standard di ogni singolo regolamento. Per le specificità, vedi sezione "Comuni".
